How points work
Point System Guidelines
Your first increase comes at 78 points. After that, every increase comes at 66 points. A reset takes the threshold off your balance, so any points above it carry over to the next run.

You need to work at least 75% of a shift to earn the point for it. If you do not reach 75%, a point won't be given that day. Every pay increase is approved and signed by a named person before it takes effect.
